I'm a 59 year old black women at 4'10". I sit for long hours at my job and due to Covid my weight is to heavy for my frame. I use to be very active, I love dancing, Tennis, Racket ball, The Spa, Bowling and I also enjoy food, I like cooking!
I'm focusing on my health learning how to eat better, make better choices and portion control. I've wanted to grow my own herbs & spices and a few vegetables but haven't gotten started yet so I'm hoping to gather information and inspiration to help with my motivation!
